I am a board-certified Doctor of Occupational Therapy specializing in mental health. My integrative therapy combines psychotherapy, occupational therapy, somatic therapy, and life coaching to support a journey of self-awareness, wellness, and healing. My work is informed by over 15 years as a yoga school and therapist, and I believe strongly in the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
In 2015, my husband, young daughter, and I took an amazing leap of faith. We sold 3 businesses, our home, and all our belongings to embark on a years-long journey around the world. We call it “The Wonder,” an adventure that we lean into often for guidance and clarity. I am compassionate with all cultures, genders, and individuals.
You can also find me playing in the ocean, cooking, or dancing with friends, family and animals. Not knitting. I’m terrible at that!
